Eustreptospondyl 2 Eustreptospondylus is an extinct genus of large carnivorous theropod dinosaur from the Middle Jurassic period. It was a member of the Megalosauridae family and lived in what is now England. It was about 8–10 meters (26–33 feet) long and weighed around 1.5 tonnes (1.7 tons). It had a large head with powerful jaws and sharp teeth, and a long, muscular neck. Its forelimbs were short and its hindlimbs were long and powerful.
