Heroes of Might and Magic II The Succession Wars 2 Heroes of Might and Magic II: The Succession Wars is a turn-based strategy game released in 1996 by 3DO. The game is set in the fantasy world of Enroth, and follows the story of a civil war between two brothers, Roland and Archibald Ironfist, for the throne of the kingdom of Enroth. The player takes the role of either brother and must build an army, explore the world, and battle the other brother"s forces in order to gain control of the kingdom. The game features eight different races, each with their own unique units and abilities, and dozens of spells and artifacts to aid the player in battle. Heroes of Might and Magic II: The Succession Wars is the sequel to the original Heroes of Might and Magic, and was followed by Heroes of Might and Magic III.
