Bravely Second End Layer 6 Bravely Second: End Layer is a role-playing video game developed by Silicon Studio and published by Square Enix for the Nintendo 3DS. It is the sequel to Bravely Default and was released in Japan in April 2015, and in North America and Europe in February 2016. The game follows the story of the original game, taking place two and a half years after the events of Bravely Default. The game follows the protagonist Yew Geneolgia, a knight from the kingdom of Luxendarc, as he embarks on a journey to save Agnès Oblige, the vestal of wind, from the Kaiser Oblivion. Along the way, he is joined by his friends Magnolia Arch, Janne Angard, and Nikolai Nikolanikov. The game features a turn-based battle system, with players able to use the Brave and Default commands to increase or decrease the number of turns they take in battle. The game also features a job system, allowing players to customize their characters with different job classes.
