Handy Manny-TV series Handy Manny is an American-Canadian children"s television series that aired on Disney Channel. It was created by Roger Bollen, Marilyn Sadler, and Rick Gitelson, and produced by Nelvana. The series stars Wilmer Valderrama as the voice of the titular character, Manny Garcia, a handyman-in-training who speaks with a thick Cuban accent. Along with his anthropomorphic talking tools, Manny works to solve problems in the fictional town of Sheetrock Hills. The series premiered on September 16, 2006, and ended on February 14, 2013.
