Ice Age 2 Global Warming- cartoon 3 D Ice Age 2: The Meltdown is a 2006 American computer-animated comedy adventure film produced by Blue Sky Studios and distributed by 20th Century Fox. It is the sequel to the 2002 film Ice Age and the second installment in the Ice Age franchise. The film was directed by Carlos Saldanha, co-directed by Mike Thurmeier, and stars the voices of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, and Queen Latifah. The plot focuses on the herd escaping an upcoming flood, during which Manny, Sid, and Diego learn about the importance of family. The film premiered in Belgium on March 1, 2006, and was released in the United States on March 31, 2006.
