Life After People-TV series 6 Life After People is a television series on the History Channel which premiered on January 21, 2008. The program deals with what would happen to the world if humans suddenly disappeared. Each episode looks at how the natural environment would take over cities, buildings, and other man-made objects and how they would eventually be destroyed. The show features interviews with experts in different fields, as well as CGI effects to show the process of nature reclaiming the Earth. The series ran for two seasons, ending in 2009.
