Puppet Master 3 "Puppet Master III: Toulon"s Revenge" is a 1991 American direct-to-video horror film written by Charles Band, C. Courtney Joyner and David Schmoeller, and directed by David DeCoteau. It is the third film in the Puppet Master franchise and serves as a prequel. The film is set in Berlin during World War II and focuses on puppeteer Andre Toulon, who discovers a mystical Egyptian potion that can bring inanimate objects to life. However, his puppets catch the attention of the Nazis, who see potential in Toulon"s magic for their own nefarious purposes. When the Nazis murder his wife, Toulon uses his puppets to exact revenge. The puppets featured in the film include Blade, Jester, Pinhead, Tunneler, and Leech Woman, along with a new puppet, Six-Shooter.
