Robin Wllians Robin Williams was an American actor, comedian, and filmmaker. He rose to fame in the late 1970s with his stand-up comedy, and went on to become one of the most beloved entertainers of all time. Williams starred in many films, including Good Morning, Vietnam (1987), Dead Poets Society (1989), Aladdin (1992), Mrs. Doubtfire (1993), Jumanji (1995), The Birdcage (1996), and Good Will Hunting (1997). He won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Good Will Hunting. Williams also won two Emmy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and five Grammy Awards. He died in 2014 at the age of 63.
