The Haunting of Bly Manor-TV series 5 The Haunting of Bly Manor is a 2020 American supernatural horror drama streaming television series created by Mike Flanagan for Netflix. It is the follow-up to The Haunting of Hill House, and is loosely based on the 1898 horror novella The Turn of the Screw by Henry James. The series stars Victoria Pedretti, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Amelia Eve, T"Nia Miller, Rahul Kohli, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Amelie Smith, and Henry Thomas. The series follows Dani Clayton (Pedretti), a young au pair hired by Henry Wingrave (Jackson-Cohen) to look after his niece and nephew, Miles (Ainsworth) and Flora (Smith), at Bly Manor in the English countryside. Dani soon discovers that the manor is haunted by the ghosts of its past residents and their stories of love, loss, and regret.
