The Intouchables- movie 5 The Intouchables is a 2011 French comedy-drama film directed by Olivier Nakache and Éric Toledano. It stars François Cluzet and Omar Sy. The film follows the story of a wealthy quadriplegic, Philippe, who hires a young man from the projects, Driss, to be his caretaker. Despite coming from very different backgrounds, the two men soon develop an unlikely friendship. The film was a major box office success in France and was nominated for several awards, including the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
