Kaguya Ootsutsuki - Naruto FROM NARUTO 8 Kaguya Ootsutsuki is the legendary matriarch of the Ootsutsuki clan and the ancestor of all chakra-wielding beings in the Naruto universe. She is the mother of Hagoromo and Hamura Ootsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths and the originator of chakra. She was the one who created the Ten-Tails and the Juubi, and used the latter to become the first jinchuriki. Kaguya was born with immense power and was able to use her chakra to manipulate the world around her. She was able to create powerful weapons and techniques, and even created the Infinite Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu that could trap all of humanity in an eternal dream. Kaguya was eventually sealed away by her sons, and her spirit was later reincarnated in the form of the Ten-Tails. She was eventually defeated by Naruto and Sasuke, and her spirit was finally put to rest.
