He is also known for his catchphrase, "Oops!" In the 2003 animated series, Stockman is mutated into a humanoid fly by Shredder. In this form, he is known as "Baxter Stockman Fly". He is still portrayed as an incompetent villain, but he is also shown to be more intelligent and cunning. In the live-action films, Stockman is portrayed by actor Raymond S. Persi.
