Sarah Kerrigan from Star Craft 1 Sarah Kerrigan is a major character in the StarCraft franchise. She is a former terran ghost and a powerful psionic being. She is the primary antagonist of the first game and the deuteragonist of the second game. Kerrigan was born on Tarsonis, a planet in the Koprulu sector. She was an orphan, taken in by the Terran Confederacy and trained as a Ghost. She was highly talented, and quickly rose through the ranks to become a powerful Ghost operative. She was eventually betrayed by the Confederacy and left for dead. Kerrigan was then taken in by the Zerg Swarm, and transformed into the Queen of Blades. She became the leader of the Zerg, and led them in their invasion of the Koprulu sector. She was eventually defeated by the combined forces of the Protoss and Terran, and returned to her human form. Kerrigan is a powerful psionic being, capable of controlling the Zerg Swarm and using powerful psionic abilities. She is a formidable opponent, and her powers make her a force to be reckoned with.
