Rehoboth in the Namibia 1 Rehoboth is a town in the Hardap Region of Namibia, located on the B1 road between Windhoek and the coastal town of Swakopmund. It is the administrative centre of the Rehoboth Basters, a semi-nomadic ethnic group descended from mixed-race relationships between the Nama and Dutch colonists in the 18th century. Rehoboth is known for its hot springs, which are said to have healing properties. The town is also home to the Rehoboth Museum, which chronicles the history of the Basters.
