The tower stands at a height of 246 metres (807 feet), and has 40 floors. The building was designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox, and was completed in 2008. The building is primarily used as an office building, and is home to a variety of companies, including the Dubai offices of the Swiss watchmaker Rolex. The building also contains a restaurant, café, and retail space.
