Throughout the session, we will encourage participants to focus on their breath and be fully present in each movement. We will also incorporate elements of spirituality into our practice by incorporating affirmations or mantras into our movements. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on the meaning of these affirmations and how they can apply them to their own spiritual journey. At the end of each session, we will close
