Dracorex 3 Dracorex is an extinct genus of dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, about 75 million years ago. It was a herbivorous dinosaur that was about 4.5 meters (15 feet) long and weighed around 400 kilograms (880 pounds). Its name means "dragon king" in Latin, and its skull was shaped like a dragon"s head. Its skull was covered in spikes and horns, giving it a fearsome appearance.
