Liopleurodon 6 .7 m The Liopleurodon is a large marine reptile that lived during the Late Jurassic period. It is estimated to have grown up to 6.7 meters (22 feet) in length. It had four large flippers and a long, narrow tail that helped it swim quickly. Its jaws were filled with sharp, curved teeth that were perfect for catching and eating fish and other small prey. It is believed to have been an apex predator, at the top of the food chain in its environment.
