Yomawari Midnight Shadows 5 Yomawari Midnight Shadows is a survival horror video game developed by Nippon Ichi Software and published by NIS America. It is the sequel to Yomawari: Night Alone and was released in Japan on August 24, 2017 and in North America and Europe on October 24, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Microsoft Windows. The game follows two young girls, Yui and Haru, who are separated after a mysterious incident in their hometown. As they search for each other, they encounter various spirits and monsters, some of which can be befriended. Players take control of both girls and must explore the town, solve puzzles, and evade hostile spirits. The game features a day and night cycle, which affects the behavior of some of the spirits.
