Williams Tower 1 Williams Tower, also known as Transco Tower, is a 64-story, 1,039-foot (316 m) skyscraper at 2800 Post Oak Boulevard in the Uptown District of Houston, Texas. The building was designed by New York-based John Burgee Architects with Philip Johnson and was completed in 1983. It is currently the tallest building in the city and the fourth-tallest in Texas.
