Bonkers-TV series 7 . Bonkers is an American animated television series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation and created by Robert Taylor and John McKinnon. The series aired from September 4, 1993 to February 23, 1994, for one season of thirteen episodes. The series follows the adventures of Bonkers D.
