All Points Bulletin 6 All Points Bulletin (APB) is a massively multiplayer online open world video game developed by Realtime Worlds and published by Reloaded Productions. It was released in June 2010 for Microsoft Windows. The game is set in the fictional city of San Paro, where players take on the roles of either Enforcers or Criminals. Enforcers are tasked with upholding the law and bringing criminals to justice, while Criminals are tasked with completing objectives and avoiding capture. The game features a variety of vehicles, weapons, and customization options, as well as a unique real-time economy system. The game was shut down in December 2010 due to lack of interest, but was revived in 2011 as APB: Reloaded.
