It is set in the city of Forli in 1488, during the ongoing war between the Orsi and the Montefeltro families. The player, as Ezio Auditore, must protect the city from the invading forces of the Orsi family. The mission involves defending the city walls from the Orsi"s siege weapons, and then taking the fight to the enemy by infiltrating their camp and destroying their siege weapons. Once the siege is over, Ezio must face off against the Orsi"s leader, Bartolomeo d"Alviano, in a final battle.
