Buried- movie 7 Buried is a 2010 Spanish-American psychological thriller film directed by Rodrigo Cortés. The film stars Ryan Reynolds as Paul Conroy, a truck driver who wakes up in a coffin buried alive in the Iraqi desert, with only a lighter, a cell phone, and a few other items. The film follows Paul as he attempts to contact someone to help him out of his dire situation.
