It was released on November 18, 2012 in North America and November 23, 2012 in Europe for the Wii U. The game was developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The Armored Edition features the same storyline and gameplay as the original game, but with enhanced visuals, new content, and the addition of Battle Armored Tech (B.A.T.) mode. B.A.T. mode allows players to utilize Batman"s new armor and gadgets, including an electrified armor suit and a more powerful version of the grapnel gun. The game also includes the Catwoman, Nightwing, and Robin downloadable content packs. Additionally, the Armored Edition includes all of the Challenge Maps and skins from the original game.
