Carnivle-TV series 7 Carnivàle is an American television series created by Daniel Knauf and broadcast on the HBO network. The series is set in the United States during the Great Depression and Dust Bowl and follows the lives of a disparate group of people, some of whom are travelling as part of a travelling carnival.
