AXA Equitable Center The AXA Equitable Center is a 690-foot (210 m) tall skyscraper located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It is the third-tallest building in the city, and the tallest building in the United States outside of Chicago and Los Angeles. The building is owned by AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, and was designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates. It features a three-story lobby, two-story winter garden, and a variety of retail and dining options. The building is also home to the AXA Equitable Center Observatory, which offers panoramic views of the city.
