Blagnac in France 1 Blagnac is a commune in the Haute-Garonne department in southwestern France. It is a suburb of the city of Toulouse and is part of the Toulouse metropolitan area. The town"s economy is largely based on the aerospace industry, with the headquarters of Airbus, the CNES space agency and ATR (aviation) located there. Blagnac is also home to Toulouse–Blagnac Airport, the fifth busiest airport in France.
