Gobabis in the Namibia 2 Gobabis is a city in eastern Namibia, located on the Trans-Kalahari Highway. It is the administrative capital of the Omaheke Region, and the district capital of the Gobabis electoral constituency. It had a population of 24,839 in 2011, making it the second-largest town in the country after Windhoek.
