Nuclear Throne 1 Nuclear Throne is a top-down shooter roguelike video game developed by Vlambeer. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita in December 2015. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world where the player takes control of one of twelve mutants, each with their own unique abilities, and attempts to fight their way through levels filled with enemies, radiation, and other obstacles in order to reach the Nuclear Throne and become the ruler of the wasteland. The game features procedurally generated levels, a variety of weapons and upgrades, and a variety of enemies and bosses.
