Turiasaurus 3 Turiasaurus is a genus of titanosaurian sauropod dinosaur from the Late Jurassic period of what is now Spain. It is known from a single species, Turiasaurus riodevensis, which was described in 2003. It is the largest known dinosaur from the Iberian Peninsula, and one of the largest in the world, estimated to have been up to 30 metres (98 ft) long and weighing up to 30 tonnes.
