The Big Balloon Blow-Up Pokmon Race Exceed t 1 is a 1999 anime movie directed by Masamitsu Hidaka. It is the second movie in the Pokmon anime franchise and is the first movie in the Advanced Generation series. The movie follows Ash Ketchum and his friends as they compete in a race to blow up the biggest balloon. Along the way, they must face off against Team Rocket and the mysterious masked man, Zero. The movie was released in Japan on July 17, 1999 and was later released in the United States on October 14, 2000.
