Istvn Sndorfi 3 István Székely, also known as István Székelyhidi, was a Hungarian actor, director, and screenwriter. He is best known for his roles in the films István, a király (István, the King, 1967), Meseautó (Tale Car, 1970), and A Tanú (The Witness, 1969). He also wrote and directed several films, including Az ötödik pecsét (The Fifth Seal, 1976) and A Költő (The Poet, 1980). He was awarded the Kossuth Prize in 1975 and the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary in 1998.
