Scratches Directors Cut 2 Scratches: Director"s Cut is a point-and-click horror adventure game developed by Nucleosys Digital Studio and published by Got Game Entertainment. It was released in 2006 for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. The game is a remastered version of the original Scratches game, released in 2005. The game follows the story of Michael Arthate, a writer who moves into a secluded mansion in England to work on his latest novel. However, upon arriving, he finds that the mansion is not as empty as he had thought. He soon discovers that the mansion is haunted by a mysterious entity known as the "Gray Man". In order to uncover the truth behind the Gray Man, Michael must explore the mansion and uncover its dark secrets. Scratches: Director"s Cut features improved graphics, additional puzzles, new areas to explore, and a new story line. The game also includes a built-in hint system and a journal which helps players keep track of their progress.
