backgammon 0005 Backgammon is a two-player board game with 15 checkers on each side. Players take turns rolling two dice and moving their checkers around the board. The goal is to move all of your checkers around the board and off the board before your opponent does. The first player to remove all of their checkers wins the game. The game is played on a board with 24 triangles, or points, arranged in four quadrants. Each player has 15 checkers that they move around the board according to the roll of the dice. Players can also move their checkers in opposite directions, depending on the roll of the dice. The game is won when one player has removed all of their checkers from the board.
