pillar 0277 Pillar 0277 is a tall pillar located in the center of the Temple of the Sun in the ancient city of Teotihuacan, Mexico. It is believed to have been erected around 200 CE and is thought to have been used as a ceremonial platform. The pillar is made of stone and is decorated with reliefs of a feathered serpent, which is a symbol of the Aztec god Quetzalcoatl. The pillar is also decorated with a human figure wearing a headdress, which is believed to represent the god Tezcatlipoca.
