Bonkers-TV series Bonkers is an American animated television series and a spin-off of the earlier series Raw Toonage. It aired from September 4, 1993 to February 23, 1994 in first-run syndication (airing on The Disney Afternoon block). The series was produced by Walt Disney Television Animation and Amblin Entertainment. It was created and designed by animator Bob Jaques. The series follows the misadventures of Bonkers D. Bobcat, an anthropomorphic bobcat who had been a popular cartoon star, but had fallen on hard times and was forced to join the Hollywood police department as a toon-cop.
