Utahraptor 2 Utahraptor is a genus of theropod dinosaur that lived in what is now North America during the Early Cretaceous period, about 125 million years ago. It was one of the largest dromaeosaurids, with an estimated length of up to 7 meters (23 ft) and weight of up to 500 kg (1,100 lb). Utahraptor had a large skull, with a deep snout and large, blade-like teeth. Its body was covered in feathers, and it had a large, sickle-shaped claw on each foot.
