holydoor 0005 The Holy Door 0005 is located in the Church of St. Peter in Rome, Italy. It is one of the four papal basilicas in Rome and the oldest of the four. It is the site of the tomb of St. Peter, the first pope, and the traditional site of the papal coronation. The Holy Door was opened in December 2015 to mark the Jubilee Year of Mercy and will remain open until November 2016.
