Warcraft III Reign of Chaos 2 "Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos" is a high fantasy real-time strategy computer video game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment released in July 2002. It is the second sequel to Warcraft: Orcs & Humans, after Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, the third game set in the Warcraft fictional universe, and the first to be rendered in three dimensions. However, there is no "Warcraft III Reign of Chaos 2". After "Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos", Blizzard released an expansion pack, "Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne", in July 2003. This expansion added new units for each race, two new auxiliary races, four campaigns, five neutral heroes (an additional neutral hero was added April 2004 and two more were added in August 2004), the ability to build a shop and other improvements such as the ability to queue upgrades. In 2020, Blizzard released a remastered edition of both "Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos" and its expansion "The Frozen Throne" called "Warcraft III: Reforged". This version features updated graphics, modern online features, and rebalanced gameplay.
